Hours - 37 per week.
Term-time only, an extra week is paid to allow for exams days and parents evenings

Reporting to the Administration Manager, and taking direction from the Head of Sixth Form this position requires an individual who can use their own initiative and manage their own workload efficiently, whilst providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the All Hallows Sixth Form.

The post-holder must be highly organised, able to multi-task, with the ability to communicate well with staff and students alike. The successful candidate will also work to support our overseas student links, and to support the work experience programme for Year 10 students. Key software used is Microsoft Word and Excel, and SIMS.
