Life at College isn’t just about study. We wholly encourage participation in extra-curricular activities to develop personal interests, learn new skills, support university applications or simply to have fun.
There are a whole range of activities to get involved in, from the Duke of Edinburgh Award, voluntary work or charity fundraising to theatre trips and sports matches. This year, we even entered our Sixth Form Football team into a cup competition.
Our active Christian Union meets every Friday to discuss ‘the big questions’ and MedSoc has provided support and discussion for those seeking careers in Medicine, including guest speakers.
All Hallows is welcoming and friendly community. The Common Room is large, roomy, and equipped with a cafe, balcony, and mezzanine and patio. These are a great place to catch up with friends, drink coffee, and even work.
We elect a team of Senior Students – such as Head Boy and Head Girl – annually and everyone is welcome to apply! These groups run the social side of the Sixth Form by organising RAG Week, charitable and sporting events, Leavers Balls and the like. This year, in one week of fundraising alone, the College raised £3,867.58 for student-nominated charities, MIND and Step By Step.
Most importantly, your social life will be informed by the friendship and community that you encounter on a daily basis through the friends that you will soon come to know!
